Mechanical conveying systems

EXCELLENT AVAILABILITY AND OPERATIONAL SAFETY

To ensure an excellent level of availability and operational safety for a dedusting plant, discharge devices and conveying mechanisms are just as crucial as fans and filter systems. For more than 50 years, Scheuch has been producing rotary valves, screw conveyors, dosage devices and pendulum flaps.

Extraction, filtration and material discharge devices thus form a single unit that consists of sophisticated and time-tested components. All conveying mechanisms are suitable for use in explosive, dust-laden atmospheres as defined in Directive 2014/34/EU.

Discharging and locking with rotary valves

Rotary valves are used to discharge dust, chipboard shavings and fibrous conveyed goods, and as shut-off devices. A range of designs are available to suit various requirements, with throughput volumes to accommodate every case.
The rotary valves can also be delivered as type-tested protective systems (ignition and flame penetration resistant) for explosion decoupling purposes.
When it comes to ensuring availability and operational safety in dedusting plants, discharge devices and conveying mechanisms are just as crucial as fans and filter systems. Extraction, filtration and material discharge devices thus form a single unit.

Screw conveyors

For individual needs
Tube-type and trough screws are used to continuously transport bulk materials, at throughput volumes of 2 to 500 mg/h and with screw diameters between 200 and 1000 mm.
